Tattoos have always been something really close to my heart; I adore how unique they are and how beautifully they can ornament a body, and very often - they also have a meaning. I treat them like a form of art and I always wanted to have one, ever since I can remember. Currently I've got 5 of them and love them all to the bits. Two days ago, two brand new ones were added to my little collection. My tattoo artist and I have carefully picked the pattern and got down to work. One of them - the floral dotwork - was something that I wanted for a long time. I already had one flower on my arm, but I wanted to add something more and make the tattoo bigger and more spectacular. I had many ideas on how to do it and by adding them to the project - it all became a perfect, personalized whole. The second one is a really tiny piece on my ribcage. The font and placement is completely my idea. The tattoo is a simple, minimalistic inscription 'GRL PWR', which is basically a shortcut from 'Girl Power'. A lot of young women now decide to tattoo these words on their skin, because it expresses their feminist attitude in life. I myself can proudly admit to being a feminist and that's why I wanted it to be a permanent part of my body. I really love both of them.

This month my exercising routine wasn't really that broad due to the lack of time. However, I'm proud of myself for not skipping it at all.
Walkies with my dog keep on being one of my priorities and I spend on it at least two hours every week. I really is a lot of fun for the both of us and this experience creates special bonds between us, which very often results in reflecting on the fact, that relationship between a human and his animal really can be one of a kind. Besides bringing a lot of joy into my life, long walks with Olinek have taught me that real friendship does not necessarily have to be built with another human being, and sometimes all you really need is a fluffy four-legged creature.
Learning Outcomes:
3. Demonstrate how to initiate and plan CAS experience
4. Show commitment and perservance in CAS experience
5. Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively
7. Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions

Warsaw Model United Nations has definitely been one of my favourite socio-cultural experiences ever. It took place from the 29th of November to the 1st of December. The country that I was representing was France and I took place in the proceedings of Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Council, with the topic 'Improving the living conditions in the Midle East to stop the flow of migrants to Europe'.
First of all, I really liked the whole committee and the team that I've been working with was simply great. I've had a pleasure to meet loads of ambitious, amazing and incredibly friendly young people. Despite the fact, that solving the problem was a huge challenge, debating with those people was much fun.
Secondly, I really am happy that the main topic of this conference was focused on the issue of migrants. It's such a popular topic nowadays, but also complex enough that most people have trouble understanding it. By playing the role of a representative of a certain country, researching the policy and then listening to the points of view of other delegates really clears out the topic and makes it so much easier to understand. MUN experience is very educating and I think that all the precious things we carry out will benefit in our future. Diplomatic skills and open mindedness that I've gained from MUN sessios are one of a kind and all the people that I've met there say the same. I am so thankful for being a part of Model Unired Nations society and I believe that as long as the future of the world is in the hands of such people, we have much less to worry about.

1. Identify own strenghts and areas for growth

A couple days ago, when I was in Warsaw, my boyfriend and I decided to go out and do something active and entertaining. At first we went to the local park on Wlodarzewska street, where I discovered a small trampoline built into the ground. It was great to jump on it for a couple minutes and feel like a child once again. After visiting the park, we ended up roaming around the Old City and our casual trip has turned into a proper sightseeing. I've been to Warsaw many times in my life and in fact, I'm moving there in May; right after the final exams. But frankly speaking, I've never really discovered this beautiful city and certainly not in such great atmosphere. We were walking around, looking at the buildings, visiting random antique shops and talking about the past of Warsaw. I felt that it was a well spent afternoon, because we've not only burnt loads of calories while walking, but also learnt something new and interesting. It made me reflect on the fact that getting to know your city doesn't always have to be boring and you really can learn a lot while casually having a good time, you just need to do it in your own way.

Recently we've been
celebrating the Teacher's Day in Poland and my class was responsible
for preparing the whole event at my school. My friend Adrian and I,
decided to lead the assembly. Our tasks were to introduce the
speakers, congratulate and greet all the teachers and basically
represent our class.
At first I wasn't sure if it's a good idea, as I
tend to get very shy in front of a big audience, so I was afraid that
I'm not going to cope with it. But I decided to give it a go. After
some rehearsals I felt that maybe it's not such a bad idea and I
started to look forward to the whole event.
Unfortunately, Adrian
felt sick in the morning of the Teacher's Day and he couldn't attend
the event which made me really stressed, but in the end it all went
as planned. With a little help from my other classmate – Janek –
the assembly turned out to be much fun and everyone was happy with
the outcome. I even managed to help with the preparation of pies and
coffee for the invited teachers.
I've learned that
overcoming those small fears – like stage fright, isn't actually
that difficult, but has an impact on my well-being and seeing people
who really like all the work you've put into an event is the best
reward :)
